  • The requested service does not comply with our policies.
  • The transportation request falls outside our service area.
  • The client has a strong odor, including but not limited to marijuana, that may impact the comfort or safety of the driver and other passengers.
  1. Booking and Cancellations
  • Scheduling: All ride requests must be made in advance through our website, app, or customer service line.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • No-Show Policy: A no-show fee may apply if a client fails to show up for a scheduled ride without prior notice.
  1. Payment & Fees
  • Payments for services must be made via credit card, insurance provider, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Additional charges may apply for wait times, extended travel distances, or special requests.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
